Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily production operations.
- Support and supervise production staff.
- Implement production plans and schedules.
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory management and supplier coordination.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Provide training and support to team members.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Professional Qualification / Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in production/operations, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in production management software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
